Know When to Grow

Entrepreneurs understand what it means to support one another during the entire business journey. When you start out consider yourself fortunate to connect with others that get what you’re doing and help along the way. Hopefully, you’ll all see each other through growing spurts. However, in reality there will be entrepreneurs that don’t make strides as fast or at all like others. It doesn’t mean they’re heading toward failure, it just means that they are on a different timeline to success. Do not despair and dim your light for them. When you have an opportunity to grow, get to it! A supportive group is understanding and encourages you to spread your wings, they don’t clip them to keep you at their pace.
