When you’re an entrepreneur, you’re probably the only person operating your business. Reaching out for help is vital and encouraged. When it comes to asking other business owners for help, respect their time and generosity. Often, they will be willing to help but because they’re probably buried in work as well, start a rough draft or get your project started in some capacity. This makes it much easier for a mentor to dive in and get you going in the right direction. The more you can do to help the person helping you, the more you can both move forward in a timely and productive manner.
