14) Changes, supplements or modifications (MAC): The customer`s devices can be made by mutual agreement between the above parties and the support agreement may be amended accordingly. Since this support agreement is subject to the laws of the State of New York, all changes must be made in writing and signed, both parties. 15) Signing power: the person who signs this contract on behalf of the client guarantees that he or she has the full and complete power of that company, its owner or its partnership to sign this agreement and engage the company, the company or the partnership. This party is responsible for all amounts that may be due under TeleGo, including legal fees and fees. This represents the whole agreement between the parties. 1) Duration: applicable from the date of installation and will remain in effect for one (1) year or until termination, as specified in this Agreement. If you sign in to an account for your organization, you can specify one or more administrators. Administrators have the right to set up services to meet your needs and manage end-users in your organization account. If your organization account is created and set up by a third party on your behalf, it is likely that that third party has assumed the role of administrator of your organization. Be sure to reach an agreement with such a third party indicating the roles and limitations of that party as an administrator of your organization account. 6) Time and location of maintenance work: maintenance work must be carried out remotely with the remote access technology authorized by TeleGo. At TeleGo`s discretion, work can be done on the location of the device (or on a TeleGo site) and the customer must expose air conditioning, heat, light and electricity at these sites. TeleGo`s regular opening hours are from 9:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday New York time without public holidays. Services provided outside the aforementioned normal working hours due to the customer`s operational requirements are billed in accordance with the rates specified in the above agreement. Services are available in subscription plans of different durations. Payments for subscriptions of less than one year can only be made with an ACH or credit card. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period, unless you give us a written notification billing@onsitecrm.com 20 days before payment. At the time of automatic renewal, the subscription fee is deducted from the ACH or the credit card used last by you. We offer you the option to change the details if you want the payment for the renewal to be made via another ACH or credit card. If you do not wish to renew the subscription, you must notify us at least 20 days before the renewal date. If you have not informed us that you do not wish to renew the subscription, you are assumed to have authorized CRM on the spot to charge the subscription fee on the last credit or ACH card you used.

Please follow our refund policies. 8) Customer service: The customer undertakes to provide TeleGo staff or authorized agents with all relevant information regarding the reported malfunction and to give them access to the devices at their personal request, as is necessary for the performance of this contract. The customer is committed to providing remote access to the maintained devices. 9) Unauthorized maintenance: If agents other than TeleGo perform a repair or maintenance service on the equipment while the aircraft is under the terms of this contract, which, according to TeleGo, increases the maintenance of the covered system, TeleGo will inform the customer and adapt the monetary conditions of this agreement to his discretion by TeleGo.
